Andrew van Doorn will share an example of how HACT has supported a G15 HA to create an ITT that delivers the social value outcomes identified through a local needs assessment and the organisation’s own strategic priorities. We will then open the floor to discuss some of the issues facing procurement professionals in achieving these outcomes: how can you translate outcomes into activities? How can you ensure suppliers respond to your ITTs appropriately? And what levels of assurance need to be in place to make sure their commitments are delivered?
