Frequently Asked Questions
Can I cancel my membership?
Monthly plans have a 3-month minimum term, then continue monthly until you cancel. To cancel, email [email protected] with 30 days’ notice. You can give notice during the minimum term, and your plan will end once the three months are up. There’s no cancellation fee. Annual plans run for a full 12 months from the date of purchase.
Joined on a monthly plan before 5 October 2026? The minimum term doesn’t apply to you. Email us with 30 days’ notice.
When will I be billed?
Monthly plans are billed on the 1st of each month. If you join mid-month, a part-month charge applies for the remaining days, then full billing starts from the 1st. Annual plans are billed as a single upfront payment covering the full 12 months.
What is the Future Contract Finder?
It shows you upcoming public sector and housing association contracts before they go to tender — giving you time to position yourself and build relationships ahead of your competitors.
Are Meet the Buyer sessions included in my membership?
Yes. All paid members receive access to our ongoing programme of live Meet the Buyer sessions with procurement professionals from housing associations and public sector organisations across the UK. Enterprise members receive additional exclusive access to a programme of roundtable sessions not available on other plans. Our next session is open to all paid members — Clarion Housing Group, Thursday 8th October.
