Other information: MTVH has a pipeline of approximately 200 fire safety remediation projects over the coming five to seven years. Planning is underway for a fire engineers framework that will allow for early supplier involvement, continuity across projects, and building lasting relationships. The scope includes, but is not limited to: * preparing fire strategies * fire engineering design * intrusive surveys * FRAEW (Fire Risk Appraisal of External Walls) / PAS9980 surveys and reports * review of drawings and project documents * preparing and / or reviewing tender documents * support in evaluation of tenders. The remediation projects are mainly in London and the South East, with a few others located in Nottinghamshire and the East Midlands. Organisations are expected to have fire engineering qualifications and accreditations understanding and experience of working practices under the Building Safety Act / Building Regulations, and experience of HRB (Higher Risk Building) projects. A tender is planned for October 2024, with the contract award expected in March 2025 and a planned duration extending until March 2029.
