Other information: We have a 7 Extra Care Housing services across London as well as 2 care homes, where a catering provision is currently provided to customers in house by Riverside. A number of sites are currently under review and will be confirmed if in scope of this project. We are looking for either a single catering provider or a range of smaller local providers to provide a catering service directly to our customers. We do not have a particular model in mind and would like to open this up to the catering market to see how this may work. Although there is no contract value as such and it is up to the provider to operate a commercially viable model, we are able to offer kitchen facilities rent free and subsidised utilities.
